By accessing and using Court Coach Pro (“Service”), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

1. Description of Service

Court Coach Pro is a platform that connects tennis students with qualified tennis coaches. We facilitate introductions and provide a directory service, but we are not a party to any agreements made between students and coaches.

2. Age Requirements and Eligibility

You must be at least 19 years old to use Court Coach Pro. If you are under 19, you may only use this platform under the direct supervision of a parent or legal guardian who accepts full responsibility for your use of the service.

Parental Responsibility:

Parents or guardians who supervise minors’ use of our platform:

• Are fully responsible for all account activity and communications
• Must supervise all interactions between their child and coaches
• Agree that all coaching arrangements are made between the adult and the coach
• Acknowledge that they are the primary contact for all platform communications
• Are responsible for vetting coaches and supervising any interactions with minors

3. User Responsibilities

For Students:

• Provide accurate information when contacting coaches
• Treat coaches with respect and professionalism
• Honor commitments made to coaches
• Report any inappropriate behavior

For Coaches:

• Provide accurate credentials and qualifications
• Maintain current certifications as claimed
• Conduct lessons safely and professionally
• Honor pricing and availability as advertised
• Maintain appropriate boundaries with students

4. Coach Verification

While we make efforts to verify coach credentials, users should independently confirm qualifications. Court Coach Pro does not guarantee the accuracy of coach information or the quality of instruction provided.

5. Payment and Fees

All lesson fees, scheduling, and payments are arranged directly between students and coaches. Court Coach Pro does not process payments or guarantee payment arrangements.

6. Liability and Insurance

Court Coach Pro facilitates adult-to-adult business relationships and is not liable for any injuries, damages, or disputes arising from tennis instruction. Users participate at their own risk.

We recommend coaches maintain professional liability insurance and students/parents verify coverage. Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising any interactions between their children and coaches.

7. Privacy and Data

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

8. Prohibited Activities

• Misrepresenting qualifications or credentials
• Harassment or inappropriate behavior
• Sharing contact information for commercial solicitation
• Posting false or misleading reviews
• Using the platform for non-tennis related services

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
